Got a great cut but I feel like I get screwed over by the sign in process. I book an appointment to wait behind walk ins who didnt schedule anything only because they walked in the door a few minutes b4 I did. Whats the point of booking then?? The stylists are great and the cuts are good but they need to change their policy with sign ins and prioritize the customers who make an appointment and show up 10 minutes early.

Amanda always does a great job keeping me looking my best self! Super person-able and never a dull moment of conversation. She’s the absolute best in more ways than just a haircut.She knows how to keep me coming back and she’s just so good at what she does..Going to sport clips? Believe me there’s only one girl to get the job done and that’s Amanda she gets 11/10 in my book!..sport clips 10/10! I look forward to my bi-weekly haircut just to sit in her chair and watch her get to work. Absolute delight every time and always leave looking fresh!Worth it it every time!

If I could leave negative stars I would. I hate to be the person to leave a negative review but I saved a spot on the app for my son at 4:30 pm it said I had an 80 something minute wait time. Perfect. This is an established routine we made for my son who is on the spectrum. He used to be terrified of getting cuts and now it is his favorite thing in the world to make an appt with Carley. What made me more emotional is he didn’t even really need a haircut he asked for one because his birthday party is Sunday. I was shocked he would break his routine but that’s how important this was to him. We get there around 5:45 and Carley was finishing up we were next. Apparently Laura skipped some adult man and his teenage son and took another guy back and the adult started yelling and throwing a tantrum. Carley asked if she could take him back first to appease him. I said I mean I guess but my son barely needs a trim it would take like 10 minutes. Anyways I shrugged and felt a little obligated. It amazed me somehow myself and my two kids under 6 would have more patience than a grown man. Another 30, minutes went by and Laura took back a different client and we were yet again skipped. At 6:30 we left and I had to drive home with my son crying because I ruined his routine and didn’t get him his haircut. It’s amazing how in today’s world a grown white man’s tantrum gets you further than a Hispanic woman doing things the right way. Needless to say we will not be back and I will just have to build a new routine with my autistic son. Just goes to show you how to a child this simple hair cut and pamper may be the highlight of their day, but to a business your just another client on the books.
